YIELD: 5-6 SERVINGS | DURATION: 45 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of unsalted butter
100 grams of sugar
2 eggs
50 grams of flour
8 oz ramekins
STEP 1: Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bowl over a Bain Marie (pot with hot water)
STEP 2: In a separate bowl whisk the eggs together with the sugar until thick, then stir in the flour and mix it well.
STEP 3: Pour slowly the melted chocolate into the egg mixture and mix.
STEP 4: Pour the dough into 6 small buttered ramekins. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Can be made the day before and stored in the refrigerator.
STEP 5: After the main course is served, heat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the cakes for 10-12 minutes until the tops have formed a crust. Take them our and let them rest for a minute before serving. Great with ice cream.
